Holas!
Me vendieron 02 Addpac configurados hace 2 años,resulta que de la noche a la mañana dejo de funcionar el puerto 01 y el puerto 00 funciona correctamente.al desarmar el equipo master me di con la sorpresa de que la pila que lleva adentro se había agotado.Entrando a la configuracion y lectura con el "Root" y "Router" veo que el puerto en averia no tiene IP ni nada.Cómo hago para configurarlo?veo que necesito un RS232C y un RJ45 para tal caso? y que tengo que aplicar el Hyperterminal? me podrían decir que hago?tengo el puerto 01 muerto.
Cómo hago para revivir la programacion,por que tal como veo parece que se ha desprogramado.Ya le puse una batería nueva del back-up y nada.al parecer tengo que reconfigurar,como lo hago?Adjunto copia de la programacion para mayor detalles.

Tengo varios usuarios en una empresa y quiero restringir la llamadas afuera y que solo utilice solamente como interno que pueda recibir y hacer llamada dentro la empresa solamente ya probe con varios context cambiandole y aun asi puede hacer llamada afuera si alguien me puede ayudar con esto o indicarme como puedo hacer

En el equipo master tengo el IP 192.168.1.222 y en el remoto tengo el IP 192.168.1.223.
